Try putting some haste +2+3+4 stones into your armor, you could also take a level 1 armor because they have no -movement speed, +15%+20% movement speed, those stones are expensive yeah but if you try farm metin's while leveling your characters I think you will get some.
Try get some equipment (Only earrings; max+20%) this is not recommended as +hp gear is more important and those stuff is even harder to find then not item mall upgraded +1500 hp stuff.
Always put of your shield, except when it has + movement speed. A level 41 shield has -10; a level 21 shield has -6 so put it out!
